This new painting was inspired by a summer trip to Saskatchewan. I love spending time on the prairies. The sea of grass swaying in the open air of the great plains fills me with inspiration. People often assume the prairies are just flat fields but when I'm there I find myself hypnotized by the subtle rolls and contours that can be modest, but are the true shape of the great plains.
This 30"X48" painting will arrive stretched and ready to hang on a 1 3/4" gallery stretcher and has finished sides. All you have to do is put a nail in the wall and enjoy.
