Summer Elevator

Summer Elevator is from the heritage town close to Pincher Creek Alberta. The foothills are a great source of inspiration for me. I love that area of transition where rolling hills are juxtaposed against the sharp Rocky Mountains. The varieties of shape and form offer such a variety of light and colour and are one of those spots that are truly vast. There aren't too many of the old wood grain elevators out there and to find one with the mountains as a backdrop is very rare. 11x14 frame 16x20
