Cypress Hills, 30X48

This new painting was inspired by an autumn trip to the Cypress Hills where I was treated to a beautiful prairie sunset.   I love plains in the fall and with the sunset light the fields turn into a sea of deep reds and golds.  The Cypress Hills is a very unique area in Alberta and Saskatchewan where the land was carved out by glacial rivers and the flowing hills were left behind. 

This 30"X48" painting will arrive stretched and ready to hang on a 1 3/4" gallery stretcher and has finished sides. All you have to do is put a nail in the wall and enjoy.
